Payment

• We only accept ebay managed payments.
• Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase.
• We will ship your item within 3 business days of cleared payment.
• All customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees incurred during delivery are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any concerns, please contact your local customs office before purchasing.
• If the item is refused, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping

• I send a product by Fedex or DHL or Japan post. I attach the tracking number.
• Shipping is only available to the address registered in ebay.
• Please note that any address not registered in ebay is not acceptable to ship.
• Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because delivery company is closed.

Delivery time

1. Delivery usually takes approximately 2-5 business days in USA
2. Shipments might be delayed due to the following reasons:

• Bad weathers
• Public holidays
• Delay at the customs office

Returns/Cancellation Policies

• Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from what is described in the product description.
• As a rule, products that have been used cannot be returned.
• Customers are allowed to return the item within 30 days from the delivery or pick up date for a full refund.
• If you are returning an item for personal reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded and if you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that an item is fake, we will take the necessary recall measures.
• Just provide us with the information that clearly shows that the item is fake. Otherwise, we will not be able to make a decision.
• All fees imposed during the return shipping are the responsibilities of the customer
• Please contact us before starting a return
• Please provide us the tracking number once return shipment is made.
• If the mistake caused by human error is occer, please forgive me for cancelling by us.
• The mannequin and outer box shown in the background of the photo are decorations and are not included.
